An ideal modulator of multidrug resistance (MDR) would be the one that has a low liability to induce toxicity and also to alter the pharmacokinetic status of antineoplastic drugs. This is when the phosphodiesterase type five inhibitor was thought of being bought into consideration. Sildenafil was found to significantly reverse the ABC transporters associated to multidrug resistance.

Research and findings on Viagra in improving drug sensitivity in cancer patients
