Cymbalta, also known as duloxetine, is an anti-anxiety drug. It is typically used to treat depressive disorder and performs this function by affecting certain chemicals (norepinephrine and serotonin) present in the brain which are unbalanced due to anxiety or depression.

Missing a dose and overdose
Always take the medicine at the same time every day so as to not give a chance for a missed dose. In case you have missed a dose of Cymbalta, then you can take it as soon as you remember.
